Kelsey's Farm Shop - Sidcup

Kelsey's Farm Shop at Woollett Hall Farm in Sidcup, Kent is run by Bill and Andree Kelsey. It stocks produce from the couple's own farm and supports other selected Kent farms too. Bill and Andree are 'hands on', running the shop, cafe restaurant and farm, and its popular Crayzee Barn with dedicated staff.

Bill Kelsey contacted us for information on an ordering solution in the Kelsey’s Farm Kitchen. We attended to show him a Touch Screen package with ICR Touchpoint and additional Hand Held Waiter Pads.

After installing the system in the Café, we then followed this by installing 2 Touch Screen packages in their Crayzee Barn Area which is their very popular site for young children.

A few months later they returned to us for a new system in their extremely busy Farm Shop, in which we installed 2 more retail style Touch Screen Packages, with scanners & integrated Scales. Their Tills also are integrated with their Card Payment System, creating a seamless transaction for their customers.

All of their equipment is linked to the Cloud Based Back Office Software ( ICR Touchoffice ) to enable visual reporting and programming from anywhere they choose using an internet connection.

We fully managed the installation, from offsite pre-programming, staff training and On-line programming once the installation had been completed.
