Medway Norse (Focus Cafe)

Medway Norse works alongside Medway Council as part of one of the UK’s most dynamic and fast-growing Facilities Management services provider.

Medway Norse approached us for an EPoS Solution for their ever growing chain of Cafés.

The management team were looking for an EPOS System for each of there sites that would be easy for staff to interact with and offer a smooth transaction for customers.  The management team also required a back of house system available to be accessed by staff on each site and at the head office.

After a few weeks of planning, training and software building we were ready to roll out the system across the chain of cafes.

Solutions

DHFE supplied and installed Aures Yuno 15” Touch Screens with TouchPoint software by ICR Touch linked to TouchOfficeWeb.

We fully managed the installation, from offsite pre-programming, staff training and On-line programming once the installation had been completed.

The system included bar code scanning, full stock control and kitchen ticket printing for food ordering.  All sales from each site are sent live to the back office software which then can be accessed on different security levels by all staff on any web enabled device.  This allows staff to place stock orders on site to be approved by head office before submitting.  This gives head office full control of the till and stock system.
