The Albion - Hastings
The Albion Hastings ( formerly The Royal Albion ) re-opened in November 2015 under new management . The premises has been beautifully refurbished with the help of local designers, artists and artisan crafts-people.
The Premises has two large bars and outside seating overlooking the busy Hastings Seafront.
The management team were looking for an EPOS System including 3 Touch Screens , Bar Printers and a Kitchen Printer. They also required a Back Office system that would provide full Stock control and accountancy that could be accessed anywhere by either member of the Management.
Initially , the Premises opened with a very limited Food Menu , with a plan to expand into a full Restaurant Menu in early Spring 2016. With this in mind they were looking for a Waiter Pad ordering system to avoid any errors in communication by the waiting staff at the table.
Solutions
DHFE supplied and installed three Aures Yuno 15” Touch Screens with TouchPoint licences linked to Touch Office Web.
We fully managed the installation, from offsite pre-programming, staff training and On-line programming once the installation had been completed.
The programming included 3 Floor Plan Levels , which came into use along with 2 Android based Waiter Pads running PocketTouch.
The Customer also required an integrated Card Payment Solution , therefore , we recommended PSConnect Payment Sense as they provided full integration with TouchPoint.
With the full package the Staff were able to order the meals at the table followed by the ‘Pay at Table’ service via Payment Sense Integrated solutions.
