The premises has been beautifully refurbished making it a wonderful place to eat, drink and relax.
The Premises has a large bar and restaurant leading outside to seating in the garden with out side bar and kitchen.
The management team were looking for an EPoS System including 2 Touch Screens , Bar Printers and Kitchen Video. They also required a Back Office system that would provide full Stock control and accountancy that could be accessed anywhere by either member of the Management.
A Waiter Pad ordering system was also required to speed up service and eliminate any possible errors in the ordering.
Solutions
DHFE supplied and installed two VariPos 15” Touch Screens with TouchPoint linked to Touch Office Web, TouchKitchen installed on a 15" Android scree
n and 2 PocketTouch installed onto Android Tablets.
We fully managed the installation, from offsite pre-programming, staff training and On-line programming once the installation had been completed.
In early 2017 we will also be adding a 3rd TouchPoint screen and a second TouchKitchen screen to the outside garden bar and kitchen. TouchTakeaway will also be installed so customers can order food online and collect from the new outside kitchen.
