The Fish House of Notting Hill

The Fish House Notting Hill is a place that brings treasures from the salty seas to the hustle and bustle of the big city. London is known for its love of fish and chips, and there is no better place to enjoy this simple delicacy than right here in the traditional fish and chip shop.

The Premises has two floors.  Downstairs you will find the takeaway but go upstairs to get the full restaurant experience.

The management team were looking for an EPOS System to cover both the takeaway and restaurant. They also required an order ticket system so tickets could print from the restaurant upstairs down to the kitchen in the takeaway area.

Solutions

DHFE supplied and installed two Sam4s Titan 15” Touch Screens with TouchPoint licences linked together on an internal network with secure internet access to enable online support if required.

We fully managed the installation, from offsite pre-programming, staff training and On-line programming once the installation had been completed.

The programming included Floor Plan Levels, which came into use along with the order printing system.
